Scrum Troubleshooting

This session will dig into any and all issues, challenges, or concerns you have with Scrum. Scrum events, jobs within scrum, the ‘new’ commitments, artifacts, or backlog refinement. We will have some common issues to get started, if we need them, however, it would be ideal (and perhaps more useful) if you brought your issues and challenges. In addition to the challenges themselves, we will focus on doing this using a few basic steps that you can use yourself. What kinds of issues do you have with Scrum? Work not getting completed in a sprint? No one cares about the daily scrum or retro? Something “more complicated”? Whatever it is, bring it and we will work with you to sort out some next steps you can take!
Please note: All of our Learning Labs are interactive sessions using Zoom and Miro. They are not just us talking to a slideshow. We invite all participants to collaborate on a virtual whiteboard (Miro) and engage in conversations with us and each other. While you are welcome to join in audio-only mode, it will be a challenge to participate, and you may not get much out of the session. Because these sessions are interactive, we do not record them.
