Great managers recognize that their role comes with greater control and influence and use it to create positive change. They know their path to success is not as simple as “hire great people and trust them.” This course helps managers to show up as clear, connected, and curious to navigate the often contradictory demands placed on them.


Change Leadership & Management Training

Change Leadership and Management is focused on helping people lead changes in ways that allow you to actually achieve the change goal. “Change leadership is about understanding how individuals, groups, and organizations experience change and using that knowledge to make a change easier and more likely to succeed.” Change leadership works with product or project management to ensure the goal of the change is achieved, because without adoption, the value of the change is often not realized. Successful change focuses on not simply delivering the work to achieve the goal, but also on the people-focused transition work that must happen to reach the goal.


Agile for Executives Training

Executives and managers need to know agile if they want to succeed with agile. They need to understand not just the tactical aspects but also the mindset shifts they need to make to support their people and teams. Our Agile Lean Organization Advanced Workshop Series is designed to focus on key elements of a successful agile lean organization. We work with you to review the Agile Lean Organization Elements for Success and identify the most important areas to focus improvement on.

We know that organizations have great people and ideas, existing knowledge, and success with agile, but are also focused on how to continue improving. This program is designed to help them take the next step(s) forward by building on that knowledge and experience. The workshops in this program are designed to help your people explore the problems and issues they face as well as accelerate the opportunities they have.
