An impediment is anything slowing down your ability to achieve your goal. Learning to identify obstacles to success is a crucial skill – and it’s only one of several you need for continual improvement. This session lays out a cyclical process for establishing goals, identifying obstacles, and experimenting with ways to address or mitigate them.
This session is focused on helping you answer the question of "How can we forecast in agile?" Then answer is in fact not that complicated, however it is not always what people want to hear. You might, but maybe not everyone you work wth. We will look at forecasting and how it relates to budgeting for people. And wrap with a review of estimation factors!
Delegation is a skill. It requires being clear about what you need without being overly specific about how that need must be satisfied. This session explores common ways delegation go wrong and what to do about it – both from the perspective of the person delegating and the person being delegated to.
